I've been tagged by my friend Becky. Here goes. 7 random things about myself:
1. I'm going to copy my friend Alyssa on this one, but its true! On the weekends when I let myself sleep in past 5:40am I LOVE to let my alarm go off just the same, freak out for 3 seconds, and then remember that its the weekend, peacefully slipping back into my grateful slumber.
2. I can make my own reeds! Yesterday I just finished making an oboe reed. From scratch! (practically). And it worked! so I finally got to practice. :)
3. I ride my bike 5.5 miles to and from work every day. And the weirdest part is... I like it. (most days)
4. I'm named for some woman in a star trek episode. yeah. rock on my trekkie mother.
5. I finally am a paid personal trainer! (and an unglorified secretary)
6. My ohio state driver's license features a picture of me as a 10-year-old.
7. I love food and i love to eat it. I know this is no surprise to most of you, but the ladies at work seem to think its the strangest quality for someone my size. They just see me eating all day and can't get over that i'm half their size. well- hello! eating small amounts of food 6 or so times a day that is actually good for you is much better than, well.... lots of other options.

I want to know how you get away with a picture of yourself as a 10 year old on a drivers license?
well... its not exactly a picture of me when i'm 10, rather, its just me, 26, without make-up, and some bangs. who woulda thunk? I totally look 10 though- everyone agrees.
